Long Walk - Alfriston, 11miles, Picnic
The LONG walk will leave Goldsmiths car-park at 9am; Clive will round-up the troops.
The walk starts from the short term car park in Alfriston by the toilet block and will leave when the Crowborough contingent arrive.
It's a pleasant walk - 11 miles- to Seven sisters for lunch with either picnic, cafe or pub stop, back via South Downs way.

Intermediate Walk - Cousley Wood, 9 miles, Pub
Parking is in Bewl Bridge Lane (Ladymeads Lane as was.) Lower Cousley Wood. 4/10th mile from the B2100, just past Hook Hill Lane. MR: 670 337
Be there for 09.45. I will be at Goldsmiths 09.15
The morning is 6 miles undulating walking. I expect to be in Wadhurst for 1pm where there are 2 pubs, a wholefood café and a sandwich bar, plus places to picnic.
The afternoon is downhill and flatish, just under 3 miles.
There is a bus back from Wadhurst to the top of Bewl Bridge Lane at 13.28
